    • Connect with the customers & explore new opportunities - Collections
    • Create  a standardized document comprising of – price points for basic regular categories, company’s strengths lies in which category, etc
    • Undertake Project Specific Research like, Specific occasion, upcoming/ ongoing trends, as per the diamond availability, etc
    • Ensure the finalised Strategy is shared with the PD department
    • Curation of Product/Product Development and R&D

    • Quarterly sales analysis report (qualitative and quantitative). Discuss the deviations and action plan with management
